This company is a scammer and doesn't pay its translators. They offer terrible prices 0,03/word and simply stop paying translators and cut off communication.
The CEO, Nardina Alongi is a complete liar and just a bad person that should be avoided. This company also works under the company names GREENLANDIC TRANSLATIONS, BUCHĂBERSETZUNGEN.COM and LINGUAPOLY. They have been banned for non-payment from all major translation sites and dozens of bad reviews from translations can be found on the Internet. Nardina Alongi deserves to go to court.
So please take the advise and report immediately if she contacts you. There are still too many freelancers out there who simply trust the client without checking out for the real scammers. These people should be put out of business - at least. They are a shameful disgrace to the translation industry and parasites living off the work of poor freelancers.
